Tofurky Daiya Taco Pizza

CHEERS.
On Super Bowl Sunday, recipe evolution began. Ⓥegan Beer Brats were prepared in abundance. A couple of Beer Brats were definitely enjoyed during the game, while leftover Ⓥegan Beer Brats existed.
Creativity spun to develop a delicious Ⓥ Beer Brat Chowder. Again, leftovers did not disappear.
Added to adapt into Beer Brat Chowder were chopped leftover Chipotle Potato Wedges, Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach, Daiya ‘cheese’ and Follow Your Heart Shaved ‘parmesan’ – after slicing the Tofurky ‘sausages’.
The beginning to this madness started with Course Mustard, Garlic, Brown Sugar, a strong Lager Beer with Peppers and Onions to bathe the Tofurky ‘sausages’ in Beery greatness.
The conclusion of this recipe array is the Thrice (great band;) baked Beer Brat Ⓥ Potato Bake. The leftover Chipotle Potato Wedges were slightly rebaked and placed in a dish. The warmed Beer Brat Chowder was dumped over the twice baked Chipotle Potatoes with ‘creamy cheddar’ Daiya as the final ingredient before being baked, again.
Full of science and deliciously different ideas bursting from one as galaxies are formed, the idea is to ever inspire to fulfill your desire.

Happy Sunday! Snow falls again, here, in Northern Illinois. A top secret mission was devised and completed in the form of a booze snow hike. I love snow, but I despise ice. And ice underneath fresh snow is ever slippery. Hulk legs do help, but out of the seven slips in 25 minutes, I fell to my knee once. This Illinois winter needs to be my last.
In a mixing bowl, Iceberg Lettuce, chopped Spinach, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic, Onion slices & chopped Tomatoes were mixed with plain Ⓥegan Yogurt.
Tofurky ‘bologna’ slices lined these Aldi multigrain Flatbread with Flax before loading almost every space with the TⓋatⓋiki Salad. Rolled tightly including the Salad & Tofurky in every layer, aluminum foil was demised to hold this powerful punch together.

On my bicycle commute this morning, ice got the best of me and I hit my head pretty hard. Attempting to stand, I fall again. I called off of work today.
Yellow Potatoes, Celery, Carrot, Red Onion and Garlic were chopped up and put into a mixing bowl. Along with the veggies, Ⓥ Bouillon, Dill Weed, Sea Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Liquid Smoke and Cayenne were mixed up and added to a pot with a little Veggie Broth.
The Tofurky (thawed) was placed in the center and covered with their provided Ⓥ Glaze. Tomatoes were sliced and literally thrown on top of the Veggies.
Baked and Roasted for a good while, the dish was allowed to cool and the Tofurky was successfully sliced with a mandolin slicer. As most Vegan food, it wasn’t the greatest looking, but it was delicious.
Cheers.
My link above dives deeper into the quality of these Veggie Patties:)
Using prepared dough, I seasoned with Onion & Garlic Powder and Crushed Red Pepper before infusing/confusing with slices of Tofurky & Daiya.
This concoction was rolled up and formed into a croissant form, topped with Sesame Seeds and then baked.
BBQ Sauce was lightly added to this ordeal.
Veggie Patties were also involved.
Deliciousness.

The 2017 Bike To Work day, for me, consisted of gearing up in winter/cold appropriate cycling clothing and trekking in 45 (feels like 37) degree May weather with 15-25 mph winds and heavy rain.
Blog about FUN… Blog about forgotten ingredients with pictures and smiley faces :):):)
And an animal picture:)
And multiple good Beer photos:)
At times, you just gotta kickback, make killer food and enjoy adult beverages recklessly responsibly to forget a debt of intensity stowed upon one simply effortlessly living hard and working hard on a rare twelve hour shift. Perception is everything. Lets recap a wild date with Tofurky C H O R I Z O style.
I might’ve been guilty of forcing family members to enjoy a taste of Veganism this holiday season. I did make sure it would be super tasty. This was my second Tofurky Veggie Roast made in the last month. I had already come up with an idea before actually reading their instructions/recommendations. I was glad we were on the same page.
I made two different feasts a couple of weeks apart. Both being very similar, the first being a trial. It took me quite a few minutes to make sense of my notes, but I think I got it. I think we’re good. Let’s go!
The only mistake was not being sober enough both instances to take a decent picture. My tastebuds, however, took a few amazing photographs.

Mix. And don’t worry about getting those Cashews too smashed. They can hold their own.
Use a casserole dish and fill with Veggies. Make Veggie Roast fit in the middle of Veggies and cover with GraⓋy. Save GraⓋy for afterwards, also.
Very tasty and a job well done; deserving some tinkering for a Xmas meal.

I wanted to go with a mexican warmer Gravy, cooking down all of the flavors for some time before blending.

Mix. Same as my Trial Feast, let this baby cook and intensify its wonderful flavor.
Couldn’t be happier of the Xmas Feast’s results.
I hope y’all had a wonderful Christmas! Onto the new year!
