The β“‹egan ‘cheese’ doesn’t melt , as doesn’t most β“‹egan ‘cheese, the way I wish it would. Daiya ‘cheese’ melts a little better. These LOW CARB Tortillas are amazing:) Small, but delicious and seemingly versatile, as they need to be.
