Beyond Breakfast ‘sausages’ were hiding in my freezer. These ‘sausages’ are extremely meat-like and not wished to be consumed regularly. A Ⓥegan Breakfast was prepared.

SouWe is short for Southwest and somewhat rhymes with sloppy. The Vegan SouWe concoction consists of Beyond Meat crumbles, Garlic, Corn, Black Beans, Peppers, Onion, Liquid Smoke, Water, Hot Sauce and Sea Salt/Pepper.
The Vegan Dawgs were lightly grilled before being tossed into bun and slopped with the SouWe Jo greatness.

Beyond Meat is making incredibly meat-like meat substitutes. Personally, I enjoy trying them, but as I’ve mentioned before, staying away from these meat-like products is my goal. In a bigger picture, these products could sway the carnivores away from their norm and partake in healthier eating.

Beyond Meat’s Beyond Beef was used, but thinned out to adding wholesome veggie heartiness and texture.
An instant Rice mixture (Brown, Red, Wild & Quinoa), Pico de Gallo, Tomato Sauce, Roasted Garlic, Roasted Corn, Sweet Potato, Daiya and light seasonings were mixed with the Beyond Beef. Controlling consistency was instant Mashed Potatoes.
An Earth Balance’d Bun was topped, one side – Ⓥ ‘sour cream’ & Cilantro, the other – Refried Beans (Pinto, Chipotle in Adobe, Garlic, Carrot, Crushed Red Pepper, Nutri Yeast and Cilantro).
Spinach, Tomato Sauce, Daiya and the Taco Pizza Burger completed this hefty sandwich. Cheers.
Comfort food is my favorite. Vegan comfort food, to me, is always missing something. I want a fat freaking Vegan sandwich. Let’s make it happen.
Beyond Meat is crazily making Vegan foods imitate real meat. They do a wonderful job, but their style isn’t my style. Less meat-likeness and more non-, meat-ness.
A 1/2 lb Vegan sandwich was created. Cheers.
Just a pictorial recipe today…
…Cheers
Daiya ‘Alfredo’ was experienced for the first time in this creation.
Beyond Meat Crumbles and Garlic were pan-fried in light Oil before adding Veggie Broth and Seasonings (SeaSalt, Pepper and a few CrushedRedPepper).
Soon after, Orzo Noodles were added with a medley of riced Veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrot). Once the noodles reached the state of slightly undercooked, Daiya ‘Alfredo’ was added with sliced Spinach and Nutritional Yeast.

Beyond Sausage was experienced for the first time in this idea. The meatless product held up well. Here is the wordless recipe.
A desert Mountain Lion pack intersection was made by accident on an evening bike ride last night. Nobody nor animal was hurt. When one Mountain Lion (Cat) looked back at me with a little kitty in mouth, our eyes matched and I could tell this animal was as scared as I was. I was unable to capture a photograph. Happy Friday. CHEERS.
Beyond Meat is an interesting Vegan food company. Not that I want to recreate meaty food ideas much, but exploration of new Vegan food ideas intrigue me.
Ride a Bike. Drink an IPA. Take a picture. Cook FOOD.
Pineapples were pan-fried and utilized. Daiya galore. A little Spinach and many of smiles.
