Tempeh, Arugula & Tomato filled a French Toast-style English Muffing to be ever delicious.
The eggless batter consists of JustEgg, Ⓥ Cream, Daiya, Tofu, Instant Mashed Potatoes, Sugar/Pepper/SeaSalt, Paprika, Nutritional Yeast, Dill Weed and Garlic Powder.
After blending the mixture so smooth, the muffins were dropped in the batter to be baked before stuffing with greatness and consumed.

A stew of Veggie Broth, Carrot, Celery, Garlic and Onion were entertained prior to the upcoming guests of, Two different types of Meatless Crumbles and Seasonings (Liquid Smoke, SeaSalt, Pepper, Sugar).
Corn and Peppers enhanced this batch with an already Chipotle/Adobo flavor.
Cilantro, Paprika, Nutritional Yeast, Black Beans and Love were included late.

Cooking was had, spontaneously. Brown Rice and Asparagus were utilized, most suggestively.

From the cool, cloudy & rainy Sonoran Desert, MERRY CHRISTMAS. A hefty batch of Chili Acini was prepared and adored. Everyone makes Chili Mac… Let’s change it up, a bit.
Red Kidney Beans were cooked alongside a giant handful of Wild Rice. A Sicilian Chef introduced me the pasta Acini de Pepe enlightenment in preparing Italian Wedding Soup.
In extremely light Oil, Garlic, Onion, Celery and Carrots were pan-fried before drowning in Veggie Broth, chopped Peppers, ‘meat’ Crumbles and Corn.
A small portion of remaining Daiya was added with Ⓥ Cream. After cooking down briefly, the Pasta was added with Cilantro & chopped Tomatoes.
A Craft Beer and Bike Ride to garnish, HAPPY HOLIDAYS:)

Simply put, Just Egg is a great Vegan substitute for Eggs. Apologies for repeating myself, but this product is not in your face trying to imitate the Egg. And frankly, when I fart after eating, it does not smell like fake Eggs.
I did not say that.

Fruit is not in my food preparation routines, usually. However, these Vegan Belgian waffles have been making my mouth water at the local Sprouts, my home away from home (away from work:), every time they are spotted. A savory waffle sandwich will not be ruled out, in the future.
Organic Bananas were blended with Daiya ‘cream cheese’, Non Dairy ‘creamer’, Vanilla & light Sugar. After blending so cool, refrigeration was utilized while Waffle preparing took place. Keep Cool.
Three pre-made frozen Waffles were thawed in the oven before panfrying in Earth Balance. Quick & easy, the Waffles were plated, creamed and berried.

Ironic names are a blast. Craft Beer is iconic for ironically punny titles of Beers. Just Egg is in that same boat for an egg supplement product. Now.
I am a huge fan of this product due do to separating itself (more than the other egg supplements) from being egg-like. Cooking capabilities help, as well.
