Red Kidney Beans were cooked alongside a giant handful of Wild Rice. A Sicilian Chef introduced me the pasta Acini de Pepe enlightenment in preparing Italian Wedding Soup.

In extremely light Oil, Garlic, Onion, Celery and Carrots were pan-fried before drowning in Veggie Broth, chopped Peppers, ‘meat’ Crumbles and Corn.

A small portion of remaining Daiya was added with Ⓥ Cream. After cooking down briefly, the Pasta was added with Cilantro & chopped Tomatoes.
