HAPPY Ⓥeggie Taco Tuesday

CHEERS.
An adaptation of my previous post, Ⓥeggie Roll, was easily constructed into a pleasant Breakfast Roll… Ⓥegan-style. And to use remaining inventory in the kitchen.
Just Egg ‘egg’, Field Roast Chao ‘cheese’ and capers were mixed. Corn Starch was almost added, but was not felt needed.
Dough was seasoned with Jalapeño Salt from New Mexico:) and Organic Garlic Powder from Arizona before adding a Ⓥ Protein concoction.
The Ⓥ Protein concoction consisted of Ⓥ Crumbles, Black Eyed Pees, Corn, Peppers, etc…
(The Protein concoction was spontaneous and leftovers)
Remaining Daiya slices were added along with Onion & Tomato slices. To finish this hefty loaf, the Just Egg/’cheese’/Caper mixture was added and finished with Spinach.
Folded with slits, this Vegan Roll was baked turning once and topped with Earth Balance ‘butter’.

Russian Circles Dressing is essential to this unique Slaw.
Named after a band – named after a hockey drill, this dressing is different. In a great way. I’m not sure if ‘ketchup’ has ever been blogged as an ingredient in my hundreds of postings. The Russian Circles Dressing was created for a Ⓥ Reuben concept.
Utilized until gone, the foodie in me used what sounded good, inside of my mind with the dressing and with inventory efficiency. Cabbage, Radish, Cucumber, Capers, Onion/Celery/Carrot medley, Garlic, Seitan and Pepper were combined and confined to itself with the Russian Circles Dressing.
The Russian Circles Dressing was a pleasantly mixed batch of Vegenaise, Chipotle seasoning, Soy Sauce, SeaSalt/Pepper, Onion & Garlic Powder, Sugar, Soybean Paste and Horseradish:) And homemade Seitan, in my eyes, added the final touch to this post.

Perfection is an impossible feat. Striving for perfection is a common routine.
Kitchen frustrations are a paradigm with frustrations in life. Optimism and adaptation skills ease frustrations.
Ⓥegan Cornbread was attempted for the first time. Just Egg was utilized, but corn starch should have been included, hence, the funny title of this blogging.
The Seitan was generously Chipotle seasoned.
I got me some of that there ridiculous fix of some that there Ⓥegan Southern-style food.
It exists when you create it.

Planets align in motion. The moon glows. A new trail is born. An eight year washout has begun to be fixed?
Unreal.
Happy Monday.
An olive medley was utilized for this Vegan pasta. It was drained and blended with a little water. Acini de Pepe was boiled and drained before combining the two with chopped Ⓥegan Feta. Spinach was added. A Craft Beer and Seltzer was had.

LBⓋ = Low Budget Ⓥeganism
This simply delicious sandwich boils down to $2.23 per serving in being one sandwich. The Tempeh was roasted with the BBQ sauce and Chipotle Powder. Not your cheap fast-food “comfort” sandwich, yet exact opposite being a hearty//healthy fast comfort food.
CHEERS.
Ⓥ Chipotle Beer Cheese was prepared.
Rice was prepared normally with a little extra water seasoned with Sea Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder.
Chopped Broccoli and Onion added towards the end before sliced Mushrooms were added at the very end.
Ⓥ Chipotle Beer Cheese was mixed in and also garnished the plate of greatness:)
CHEERS.
A Ⓥ Roux started this amazing sauce with Earth Balance, Pepper and Flour. A majority of a bottle of Founders Brewing Company Porter was added (the remaining balance was enjoyed in the mouth and belly:) with a Ⓥ Cube and slightly cooked down.
Almond milk, Parsley, Chipotle & Garlic Powder were infused (not confused, yet abused) before adding a little jar of Chipotle Sauce and two types of Daiya – Cheddar slices and Mozzarella Shreds.
A Ⓥ Hot Dawg was topped utilizing the Ⓥ Chipotle Beer Cheese. Also, Pretzels were enjoyed with the Ⓥ Chipotle Beer Cheese.
CHEERS.
Aim high. Dream Big with Celery:)
Diced Carrot, Onion, Garlic and Celery were sautéed in light oil before adding Habanero Hot Sauce and White Wine Vinegar.
Soon after, Almond Milk, Sugar and a Ⓥ Cube were mixed in to come to a boil. Seasoned with generous Celery Salt, Dill, Pepper, (fresh) Parsley, the aroma was (nose and) mouth watering.
A blender was utilized to grind and insanely infuse the wonderful flavors. Daiya was added and simmered. Happy Saturday!
CHEERS.
The last of my Base Sauce previously used in my Tofu Florentine,
…was utilized wonderfully, in a deliciously Ⓥegan Blush Pasta.
Earth Balance ‘butter’, Flour, Sea Salt, Pepper (the Ⓥegan Roux) was slightly panfried before adding Garlic Powder, Almond Milk, a bit o’ water, a Veggie Bouillon cube (more of a rectangle), Carrot, Celery, Onion and (real) Garlic. After simmering for hours, a huge amount of Parsley was added:)
A pot of diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste and dry Basil was simmered in a pot separate from the Base Sauce. The Base Sauce was added to the other and cooked down with Hot Sauce, Sugar, sliced Tofurky ‘sausages’ and a Bay Leaf.
Rigatoni Pasta was cooked slightly under al dente and strained, not rinsed, to be added to the Blushness with Daiya and Spinach after the Bay Leaf was found in the pot – not in the mouth:)
