Garlic was sauteed with Celery, Onion, light Oil, raw Cashew, Balsamic Vinegar, Chardonnay (I am currently trying to finish the bottle:), Cashew ‘milk’, Garlic Powder, Ginger, Earth Balance ‘butter’, Sugar, Fresh Dill, Cayenne Powder, Parmesan ‘cheese’ & Sea Salt // Pepper.

The deliciously marinated Tofu was grilled. Fresh Asparagus were roasted. Rice was prepared with Tomatoes, Earth Balance ‘butter’, Parmesan ‘cheese’, Sea Salt // Pepper // Garlic Powder. Plated with an artful mindset and garnished with Dill and Lemon.

Yesterday was a screwed up day. Terror unfortunately is still evident right in our backyard. And most usually it’s that white dude that seems nice that has a fascination with guns. GardenIn protein, Tofutti dairy less slices, Go Veggie ‘parmesan cheese’, Earth Balance ‘butter’ and ‘mayo’ were some ingredients utilized today.

The steakless Fries were cut, boiled and baked before pan-fried. The texture is perfect for the ingredients infused. (Good) Tequila, (little) Oil, Crushed Red Pepper, Sea Salt, Pepper, Parmesan ‘cheese’, Garlic Powder and Chives were panfried with Red and Yellow Potatoes to create an amazing side dish.

Bigger Rolls were cut and lathered with Earth Balance ‘butter’ before being quickly grilled and set aside. The GardenIn protein, beefless burgers and breakfast ‘sausage’ patties, were also grilled before being smothered with Pico De Gallo and baked to confuse and infuse these flavors. Tofutti slices to be topped and melted. The ‘sausage’ patties were stacked on top the beefless burgers, artistically.

Sakitumi from Lagunitas Brewing was utilized with a huge variety of vegetables and Veggie Broth to marinade Tofurky ‘roast beef’ slices. Among those Vegetables were; Onion, Green, Red & Yellow Peppers, Carrot, Broccoli, Cucumber, Rice and more. A Pretzel Bun, Daiya and BBQ Sauce were involved also to create this delicious sandwich.

Living out of a hotel for twelve straight nights were experience. My second day, I (with others) was flown out-of-state for training, but still stayed in a hotel. Eating healthy wasn’t always the easiest. A few times I made Vegan exceptions with Mexican Food and Pizza.

Washing dishes is one of my least favorite things to do. A bagged coleslaw mix literally was my mixing bowl for this concept. The mixture included diced Green Peppers, Tomato, Onion, Coleslaw mix, French Dressing, Vegenaise, Sunflower Seeds and SeaSalt/Pepper.

Asparagus-Quinoa Daiya Roast
Chopped Asparagus, Red Quinoa, Sunflower Seed, Garlic, Broth, Lemon Pepper, Sea Salt and sliced Tomatoes were roasted before topping with Daiya and Dill Weed and Roasted again, melting the Daiya perfectly.
