In the Arizona Desert, activity is common in the mornings and evenings to utilize daylight and (somewhat) comfortable conditions. Walking with a beer, I find a prickly tree to set my beer on to check in online.
The food ideas flood my mind like a flash-flood.
BBQ Sauce, Craft Mustard, Chipotle and Veggie broth were mixed to create my mushroom sauce. The Portobello Cap was drenched with sauce in and out, above and below a hot oven.
Garlic, Onion, Crushed Red Peppers and sliced spinach was slightly warmed.
Earth Balance ‘butter’ smothered buns were crisped. CHEERS.
