In this exciting year of 2019, I have experienced the coldest and hottest temperatures of my life. And the Arizona desert valley still has a lot of summer left.
Spontaneous Mexi Slaw was brainstormed quickly. It seemed like a wonderful idea to enjoy this in a tortilla, burrito-style.
Light Oil was warmed in a pan before adding Garlic, Onion, Pepper, Potato and Beyond Meat Crumbles. After pan-frying those delicious ingredients, Seasonings (Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano, Sea Salt & Pepper) were added. Ever stirring, a (from scratch) Bean/Rice concoction was added. After cooking somewhat heavily, Pickle Juice was mixed in. Veggies (Tomato, Cucumber & (packed) Coleslaw) were infused with the power of stirring before saucing it up with Vegenaise and a little BBQ Sauce. Removed from the heat, Spinach barely fit to be included, stirringly.
The local Tortillas were warmed before adding Romaine slices and the MexiSlaw. iFold.
