Cheican Marsala

Garlic, Onion, Celery and Carrot are an unconventional way to start a Chicken Marsala. A Vegan Marsala is not the most conventional, either.

Gardein (™) Scallopini pieces were utilized to compensate the carnivorous chicken norm of this dish. Balsamic Vinegar and Marsala Wine were used with Vegan ‘cream’, Vegan Parmesan and simple seasonings to make a thicker and immensely powerful sauce. Mushrooms were added last and kept more raw:)
