Thank you for commenting. I’ve been enjoying creating food without the use of meat, fish or dairy for quite a few years now. I enjoy taking photos and I enjoy sharing with hopes that I can better a persons lifestyle with assurance that not eating meat is still fun. Also, my newest challenge of being carb conscience, since my 2022 type 1 diabetes diagnosis, has my mind thinking. It’s just pure fun. Sorry for the rambling:) thanks for reaching out.
