- Onion, diced
- Broccoli stem, diced
- drained Navy Beans
Roast:
- Garlic slices
- Sweet Potato, diced
- Russet Potato, diced
- Raw Cashew
Add.
Add water or more Cashew Milk with Instant Mashed Potato to obtain ideal consistency.
Garnish:
- blanch Broccoli florets and drain.
- Heat Crushed Red Peppers, Earth Balance, GarlicP, OnionP & Instant Mashed Potato
- Add blanched Broccoli, mix.
Plate with Broccoli and a slice of Earth Balance as garnish.
